1. Wait for commission’s to be open if they aren’t open already

2. Read through Commission Info, Contract Example, and this FAQ.

3. Submit PNGtuber request form when commissions have opened and after you’ve read through everything.

4. Wait for EliealisArt to review it.

5. EliealisArt will reach out and tell you if they can take on your commission at this time

6. If they can, they will either send you detailed form to fill out or ask if you want to set up a a time to vc on discord to discuss the PNGtuber you want made. If they can’t, they will ask you if you’d like to be put on Commission Acceptance Waiting List.

7. Fill out form and submit it.

8. Wait for EliealisArt to review it.

9. Once EliealisArt has a good idea of what you want they will tell you your commission slot number.

   1 is currently working on. 2 is next commission to work on. 3 is next commission to work on after 2. EliealisArt only takes on a max of 3 commissions at a time.

10. If everything seems good on both sides EliealisArt will send you contract to agree to.

11. Agree to contract and submit.

12. Wait for first invoice. EliealisArt will send it once they are able to start working on you’re commission.

13. Receive starting commission invoice through email and pay it.

14. EliealisArt will now start on your commission once the payment goes through.

15. EliealisArt will periodically send updates and pics regarding your commission. You may give feedback and request changes but please note if they’ve already gone onto the next major phase of your commission say lineart to coloring or completed drawing and they’ve already started exporting your model they may request a last minute changes fee depending on how major the changes you want are.

16. Wait for your commission to be done.

17. EliealisArt says your commission is done and sends link to your personal PNGtuber listing on their website.

18. But the PNGtuber and you’ll have immediate access to the download!

19. Download and upload it to PNGtuber+ (If you got it rigged)

20. Yippie! You have your own custom PNGtuber made by EliealisArt!

Price & Payments

Rigged PNGtuber Model Base Pack $160

• Made on a 2160x2880px canvas but is sized down to a 720x720px canvas for PNGtuber+ (PNGtuber+ only supports a max upload canvas size of 720x720px right now)

• Base Hair + up to 4 separated pieces to move on their own

• Base Body + skin details (freckles, tattoos, scars, moles, piercings)

• Neutral + 4 custom expressions (Eyes & Mouth)

• 1 Hand Toggle

• +$4 for each added separate hair piece

• +$2 for each added expression (I recommend either getting the hand toggle or more expressions if you’re getting the model rigged for PNGtuber+, as it only has 10 toggle spots. Not both)

• +$6 for hand toggle (I recommend either getting the hand toggle OR more expressions if you’re getting the model rigged for PNGtuber,+ as it only has 10 toggle spots. Not both)

• +$4 for animal ears and tail +$1 for each extra tails

⟡I’ll draw any gender you want your PNGtuber to be! Male, Female, Nonbinary, Demi boy/girl, Gender fluid, etc

⟡Any color skintone. If it’s a color the average human can see, I’ll draw it!

⟡LGBTQIA+ and Ethnicity accessories. Ex: flags, face paint, pins, etc

⟡Anything that could be seen as promoting self-harming and suicide (I’m fine with drawing scars and such of those, but I won’t draw anything where the PNGtuber could be seen as actively hurting themself)

⟡I will not copy someone else’s art style. You are commissioning me to make you a model in my art style. If there are certain aspects you like about someone’s art style, I can try to apply it to mine, but I will not fully copy it.

Commercial Use

⟡I do ask for credits when you are using the PNGtuber I made for you. Just a simple “PNGtuber Model Made by: EliealisArt” in your Twitch panels, YouTube vid/post descriptions, etc, is good.

⟡You do not have permission to use the model EliealisArt made for you for any kind of merchandise. You may commission another artist to make art of the model EliealisArt made for you, but you do not have permission to use the PNGtuber model for merchandise or any other form of selling something. If you do so, then you will be seen as intentionally breaking this contract.

⟡The PNGtubers EliealisArt creates are EliealisArt’s intellectual property. 

⟡You DO NOT have permission to take credit for ANY of EliealisArt’s Art! The concept and OC are yours, BUT the actual PNGtuber is their work; therefore, You CAN NOT take credit for the art.

⟡Since the oc/model idea is yours, you can do anything you wish with that character. It’s when it comes to the model EliealisArt created for you that they can have a say in what can and can not be done with it. You are free to commission other artists for new models or art of your character because it’s yours.

⟡Likewise, EliealisArt does not have permission to use your character for their own use.

Waiting List and Invoice

⟡If there is a waiting list, you will be put on it once you agree to the contract. Once EliealisArt is ready to start on your project, they will send you an invoice to get started on your commission. You have a week to pay the invoice. Once you pay the invoice, they will get started on your project!

⟡If you have not paid the invoice 7 days after it was sent, then you will be put back on the waiting list, and EliealisArt will move on to the next person. Once they get to you again, they will resend the invoice. If you do not pay the invoice for the second time, you will be removed from EliealisArt’s waiting list and current projects altogether. If you want to get the commission done in the future, you will have to go through the process of filling out forms and agreeing to this contract again. 

Drawing Phase

⟡EliealisArt will send 3 progress reports on the drawing process of making your PNGtuber. One when the sketch is complete and one when the lineart and flat colors are complete, and one before they start exporting your PNGtuber. You may request revisions to the model upon getting those updates. Once your model has been exported, any requested revisions will incur a fee.

Rigging Phase

⟡EliealisArt will send a video, or they can set up a Discord call to show how the model looks rigged, and then you may request additional changes to the rigging. Once you’re happy with the rigging, the model will be seen as complete. 

Final Stage and Abandonments/Ghosting by Customer

⟡With your model done, you will be sent a link to a custom listing of your model on EliealisArt’s website. It will include the rest of the price and any additional fees that occurred during the making process.

⟡If you do not purchase your PNGtuber on EliealisArts' website within a month of receiving the link, and you haven’t contacted EliealisArt about not being able to purchase your model for any reason, then your project will be seen as abandoned, and EliealisArt reserves the right to list the model (with some minor tweaks) up on their website for others to purchase and use.

Project Abandonments from EliealisArt

⟡If EliealisArt is, for whatever reason, unable to complete your commission due to injuries, current health condition, living situation, or any other reason that would make them physically unable to complete your commission, they will offer a full refund.

⟡If you break this contract, EliealisArt will first reach out to you and let you know that you did something that would break this contract. If you didn’t know, and immediately fix whatever it was that caused this contract to be broken, then EliealisArt will continue to work with you. But if you break this contract a second time, EliealisArt will do one of the two things below, depending on whether your commission has been completed or not.

⟡If you break this contract during the commission process, EliealisArt has the right to abandon your commission, and you will not receive a refund. They also have the right to upload and sell your PNGtuber on their Abandoned PNGtubers shop on their website.

⟡If you break this contract after your commission is complete, EliealisArt will blacklist you as a client, and has the right to upload and sell your PNGtuber on their Abandoned PNGtubers shop on their website.

⟡EliealisArt’s business hours are from 4pm-4amCDT Mon-Sat. You may contact EliealisArt whenever it is convenient to you, but please keep in mind their business hours.

⟡EliealisArt will not put up with any form of Hate, Discrimination, Racism, Sexism, misogyny, Religious Propaganda/extremism, any LGBTQIA+ phobia, or just flat-out rudeness when connecting with you before, during, or after working on your commission. If you are displaying any of the behavior above, EliealisArt has the right to confront you and/or abandon your commission without a refund, as that behavior will be seen as intentionally breaking this contract.

⟡If EliealisArt updates this contract, they may send the updated contract to you to agree to before continuing your commission if they feel it is necessary.
